About Me

Miriam Forster learned to read at the age of five, wrote her first story at the age of seven and has been playing with words ever since. She's the author of the South Asian based fantasies, City of a Thousand Dolls and Empire of Shadows.

In real life Miriam is a recovering barista, a terrible housekeeper and a bit of a hermit. But in her mind she’s a deadly international assassin-ninja and a fantastic dancer. She lives in Portland with her husband and an adorably evil cat.  She likes to wander the Internet and is usually in one of the following places.

You can also email her at miriamforsterauthor (at) gmail (dot) com.

Miriam is represented by Jennifer Laughran of the Andrea Brown Agency.
